    This was tough for me this morning. My body says take a couple of days off so I’m going to listen! See you monday

  2. Jamin -I’m not going to make it to the lifting clinic this afternoon. I’ve got the upper respiratory thing that’s going around – you don’t want me in there sneezing and coughing on everyone! Looking forward to next week

  3. 6 + 7 started with front squats due to wrist then had to switch to back squats due to pain in wrist. Starting vegetarian pale diet next week, who’s gonna join me?
