  1. 102 – I couldn’t get through the T2B. One thing the open does is let you know what you need to work on! My core needs some help 🙂 Thanks for judging Mase.

  2. Rowed 60 cal, did 50 knees up (not quite at elbow status yet) and got through 37 wall balls (6# ball)…I was so close to starting cleans!
    Great job today everyone!

  3. 181 reps got to muscle ups around 10 min mark. took 4 min to get one rep. glad i got one. pace was ok maybe a little fast need MU work big time!
    kipping toes to bar fell apart fast.
