Tomorrow We Are Hosting The Project Purple Fundraiser! The WOD will be programmed for 8 and 9 and then the main event will be 12:30. We hope you can stop by, make a donation and wear something purple!

  1. 12 thrusters, 12 ctb pull ups (red and blue bands). Started with 35# for 4 thrusters, then turned it into a form workout and dropped the weights off, using just the 15# bar. Thanks Mark for all your help this morning!

  2. 100# 12+10 @ 55#
    Had to stay light on the weight today due to a tweaked shoulder. Still not at all used to the things (like boxing) I’ve got to be careful of at this age or else get hurt.

  3. Maxed at 45# today due to a sore shoulder! Something didn’t feel quite right…for the WOD worked up to and through 15 thrusters at 35#, keeping it light again because of the shoulder and used the blue/purple bands for ctb

  4. 115# pounds on the thrusters, wrist was killing all morning. Did rest of WOD with 100# got up to 12 thrusters but none of the CTBs for that round. Oh and 2 points for today

  5. 205# max thruster got through 15 rx. Great night! With lifting clinc After. Thanks Jamen with an I, And mark!!! Also What a killer warm up tonight at 5:30 by Judkins.
