I use to love Christmas……..until today. Bah Humbug:-)
Big, fun, and energetic 5:30 am class. A special nod to Santa’s Elves that showed up

Right around 40 minutes. Scaled. More like 12 days of awful! Glad I did it though, and thanks to the 8:30am class for the push:)

21:56. Subbed hspu for dips because of a little rotator cuff tendinitis. Had to play parent between round 11 and 12.
