  1. Hi guys! I wanted to introduce myself quickly for those who I haven’t met. I’m Courtney, visiting for the month from Vancouver, BC. I am a yoga instructor and CrossFit coach back home and have been teaching yoga to CrossFitters for a little under a year now. If you struggle with mobility for things like Overhead Squats (hello Monday anyone?), yoga can be really helpful! My classes are geared specifically toward CrossFit athletes, so we tend to do a lot of hip and shoulder openers and a bit of core / stability work.
