  1. 18:17, DL 155#, I attempted as many strict pull ups as possible with different bands starting with just red and then eventually red and blue…then did 7 leg raises each round.

  2. 13:53 RX on deadlifts and used g/p bands for strict pull ups and also did the additional 7 leg lifts per round. Actually felt like I got stronger towards the end especially on the last couple rounds of deadlifts.

  3. 17:32 with slight bend in knees so not rx. That was tough.
    Awesome times Allan and Josh!! Good work. You were both so straight legged on the pullups.
