50 Deadlifts 205/135
40 Back Squats 185/115
30 Shoulder To Overhead 135/95

This Workout Is To Be Done With 1 Bar From The Ground.
Scale As Needed.

Nutrition Challenge!!!
Our second Nutrition challenge of 2014 will begin Monday the 10th. It will go until Monday March 3rd. The format will be the complete opposite of the last challenge. This is an every man/woman for themselves. 
There will be 1 point for staying 100% for the day and 1 point for doing the WOD & logging the time of the WOD in the comments on the website.
It is going to be a 10$ buy in-WINNER TAKE ALL! We will hold a meeting for question and answer and for any interested in implementing the Zone Diet this time around.

    115 back squat from the rack
    95 clean and jerk- got to 22 of them
    I have myself 20 minutes to see what I could complete.
    Great 5:30 class- you all did really well. Thank you for your patience in trying to get everyone set up!

  2. 17:15 RX That’s was intense! Took me three try’s and Jamen’s help to clean 185. Mark needs a hug for that Awesome WOD!!! Zach your an animal!! Nice working with a whole lot of people at 5:30

  3. Mark you definitely summoned your inner evil genius on that one. I think everyone was nervous and excited for this, the pre-workout chatter about strategy started pretty early and that’s always a sign that it’s going to be good! Made it thru with the weights I chose and that’s always a good feeling.
