  1. 15:48, 155#, my toes touched the bar a few times. I think if I had spent more time on them, I could have definitely hit the bar a few more times, but oh well. 2 points for the challenge today.

  2. Thanks to all tonight! im trying to bring Colin to not put pressure on himself and to just do the movements at something he feels comfortable with, he is such a straight forward good guy! Re-directing his self created fustrations is something i need help with, i will keep working on figuring out a level that he is better with.
