Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

1 Person Works At A Time The Team Completes 50 Reps At Each Station Before Moving On.

    Congrats Josh and Meghan. I must say I was a bit surprised to hear you gave your daughter the name “Harold”, but maybe its a family tradition since Josh middle name is “Susan”.
