Back Squat (1-1-1-1-1-1)
hit a 1 rep max.
For time, working on the odd minutes, and resting on the even minutes:
100 chest-to-bar pull-ups
125 reps of 95/65 push presses
150 reps of 95/65 back squats
Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

If you feel as if your going to tear move to strict or cut the reps down. also nutrition challenge Peeps you guys are doing amazing!! lets finish strong I know the weekend is the hardest time to make good choices but we only have a couple of days left.!!!
