Burpees over the bar
Overhead Squats (95/65)
RX+ chest to bar pull ups
Standards: chin over the bar every rep and arms extended fully at the bottom. Burpees over the bar 2 feet leave the ground at the same time to jump over the bar. open hips at the top of every rep and hip crease is below the top of the knee in the overhead squat.
scales: jumping pull ups 6″ below wrist.
Overhead Squat (1-1-1-1)
in a 20 min window. Work up to a heavy single for the day.
