****Our winter nutrition challenge will be starting Monday the 28th for 5 weeks. It will run right into the CrossFit Open that starts February 21st. I encourage everyone in the gym to Participate in both the nutrition challenge and the CrossFit Open. ¬†These are both great ways to get our healthy eating inline and support each other while Making positive change and challenging our selves to see the progress we have made over the past year with our fitness. Maybe you haven’t challenged your self that much this year due to injury, pregnancy, work or lack of caring about “going to the Games” We are not interested in who makes Regionals, If you do Great!!! Your in the top 1% of CrossFit athletes across the globe. Your an example of how hard work pays off, but for the rest of us… Its about getting out of our comfort zone pushing hard and trying to do better than last year. Not to mention how fun it is watching and supporting people and Having heats run Friday night’s with a ton of friends cheering you on and hanging out.
