* Barbell increases in weight every set. You only get 1 attempt to complete the 3 Hang Squat Snatches. You must then complete the 75 DU before your next attempt. If you fail a set of Hang Squat Snatches, you will go back 1 weight before attempting again. For example, if you miss (135/95), you must perform (115/75) and the Double Unders again before attempting (135/95).
