Hello to Adam out in San Pedro California-Check in and let us know how the WODs are going. It would be nice to hear from the guy who ‘journals’ his workouts on our record board.

  1. Mark, that video was awesome. It was inspiring to see ordinary people, like me, making all that progress in just one year. The pull-up shots reminded me of my own flailing legs as I struggle to get my chin over the bar:) And holy smokes, how high was that box they were jumping on?!

    It’s funny, I was just thinking about kettelbells. Too bad tomorrow is a rest day:(

  2. Littles-yes, when we are fast enough to need to be slowed down. Just kidding of course we can, it will only make us suffer, I mean faster.

    Nicole-I thought of our guys and gals as well. I can’t wait to see what transpires in one year! I am really proud of you and Sarah for getting certified this weekend. Make sure you both rock C3 shirts in the front row of the group picture. I wish we could all be there to cheer you ladies on. 3-2-1 GO!
