Everyone is getting so strong! Amazing work on the totals everyone! I love how social these strength days are. Phoebe even showed up twice today!? Congratulations to Matty for the 1005lb total. Some guys work for years to get that, so that’s pretty good for his first total. Also it was great to have Rita back in action today and as strong as ever. We are definitely doing something right here at C3.

A couple of highlights from the team workout last Saturday-brutal but so fun! The upcoming 80’s party will be less of a workout and more of a party.

    My favorite pictures are of Drew. You actually look like you are having fun carrying that over your head, and Danielle and Jessie laughing. That one is worth framing.

    Oh, Congratulations Matt. You are insane and amazing. The strongest guy I know. (Make sure you call your brothers and brag a little.) Watch out though…. Ninja Jane might catch up soon.

  4. I think I have a perfect track record of people saying that they hate me- it really prompts a twisted sense of satisfaction.
