Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Make it a goal to pick a minimum pace on the 400m run and a minimum number of pull ups per round.

  2. I’ll be in NH this weekend- miss everyone. When the schedules get normal we have to get the core crew together for some snatching and BBQ!

  3. Sounds like a plan Mark! Scored a 287 on my PFT this AM. Maxed out the pullups and situps, and ran 3 miles in 20:06 (30 seconds off my PD of app. 19:36). Will be in the gym Wednesday and Thursday morning before I take off for Newport for the 4th.

  4. Great Job today everyone! Kelly, Jeanette and Mike L. really suffered in the 1:00 sun but they pushed through and did awesome.
