50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

  1. I know how much everyone is looking forward to this one…Just in case you were not aware we now have set classes at 6:30 am, 9 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, and 5 pm except Thursday there are no classes at 9 or 12. Saturday is 7:15 and 1. Sunday is 3:00.

  2. I agree with the outfits Nettie! The inverted rope descents looked pretty BA! Some real Navy SEAL stuff!

    Going to try and make the 12noon class tomorrow, if not then I hope to see everyone at 4 and 5
