Greg and Bryce Fighting to keep the chest up and the bar over mid foot.(Is it the Shoes!?) Robb Sykes also showed huge improvement in his squat form today-very cool to see. Everyone is getting really strong and showing terrific application of technique. While I’m dishing out the praise I was very impressed during the burgner warm up with everyone showing some solid positions and speed in the movements. Then there was just some raw grit during the Kettle Bell AMRAP-fun to watch and be part of!
