What does the fact that pregnant women, kids, special forces and professional athletes can all do the workout of the day at a CrossFit facility mean about the scalability and attitude that goes along with completing a CrossFit workout? At C3 we put several grandparents an 8 year old and everyone in between through the same WOD today. Everyone got a great workout no matter what their ability or age.

Kelly Guillory who, believe it or not, is a Grandmother, did Jackie Rx’d this morning getting the first 15 pull ups in a row,then going on to complete the workout in 9 minutes and 42 seconds!

Only the big dogs should use the 24″ box and 185 on the Deadlift. This is going to be done outside in this phenomenal weather we are having.
