Now that we’ve made some headway on the reaction boxes, could you guys maybe tweak the workouts just slightly…something like best of five thumbwrestling matches against a fellow hardcore C3er picked at random (for time) with a 1.5 burpee penalty for defeat, & finisher… 5 rep sets of daniel larusso style ‘wax-on/wax-off’ & ‘paint the fence’ 90 sec AMRAP…food for thought right?
