  1. ‘m making a ton of Paleo Mayo today. A lot of people have been struggling with it (even after the awesome demo video!). If anyone wants me to label a jar for them and leave it at c3 let me know via here or FB.

  2. Baked Walnut-Cinnamon Apples

    4 apples
    1 c raisins
    1/4 t cinnamon
    1/2 t vanilla
    1/2 c water
    1/4 c walnuts

    Heat oven to 375 F.

Core and pierce apples with a fork in several places around the center,to prevent them from bursting.

Mix raisins, nuts, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl.

Fill center of each apple with this mixture. Place in a glass-baking dish and pour water into pan.

Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes or until tender.

  3. Nice video Mark. What I wanna know is can the guy carve a turkey. Hmmm?
Made a yummy beef lettuce wrap with leftover roast beef today. Here is what to do.
Layer some thin slices of cold beef on a few Boston lettuce leaves. (If you want you could just grill up a flank steak and use it hot too.) Make a lemon & oil dressing and add either a few flakes of crushed red pepper or some minced jalepeno. Toss some red onion slices and matchstick cut cucumbers in the dressing and put that on beef. A few slices of avacado and some salt and pepper. Roll the whole thing up. Makes a great lunch.
