Mark & Sarah,
Have an awesome trip! Safe travels!
yes – have a great trip indeed. post a picture if you get to the crossroads of your life.
sarah – well-wishes should probably be worth a point.
have fun!
Thanks everybody- I we will really miss everyone at C3. We are going to do our best to stick to the guidelines of the competition with the exception of some once on a lifetime oppourtunities.
You are in good hands with Jon and Nicole so enjoy!
Katherine- that fudge was INCREDIBLE! Please start a company and become a millionare!
agreed
that “agreed” was to Bushy’s comment about well wishes……
I cook the same things over and over again, and therefor need any pity points I can get.
Mark, I thought I was going to be a millionaire last night, but it didn’t happen. Bummmmmmmerrrrrr
Have fun guys!
I didn’t realize your trip was coming up so quickly. Have a fantastic time!!! I think Guinness is a once in a lifetime opportunity that might come up for you once or twice while you’re over there. Enjoy 🙂
Bushy… Since you are winning you don’t need the point.

Mark and Sarah…Have an incredible trip, you both deserve it.
Mark…thanks for having my back during today’s WOD…I’m my own worse enemy and forget to listen to the “ouches” my body tells me, even though with Paleo and C3 I feel younger now than in my 20s…my body sometimes has a different opinion.
lindsey – 8.5 points per day? you’re truly a champion. i’m only 100 or so points behind you, so watch out!
Tonight’s dinner: Turkey burgers.
I know they don’t sound all that exciting but sometimes all you have to do is shake things up a bit and make the old new. These are not the first recipe for turkey burgers you have seen on this blog nor will they be the last. I make them lots of different ways. Thought you might want to try these.
Mama’s Shake It Up Turkey Burgers
2 lbs ground turkey
1 large green apple, shredded
4 carrots, shredded
1 egg
3 scallions white and green parts, sliced
1 Tbs sage, finely chopped
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
kosher salt and ground pepper
Mix it all up and form into patties. Get a frying pan super duper hot (I like cast iron) and add a little oil. Cook em. I served mine with roasted brussel sprouts and a big green salad.
Delish.
Once again, can I please move in with you mama? Please?
You better believe it Bushy…watch out!
Greg, you alive? Find any new articles? What about the art of the double under…
