    Day 11…its going well so far, feel so much stronger. After the 90 day challenge I fell off the Paleo wagon a couple of times. I was amazed how certain types of non-paleo foods affected me. I had been eating dairy and gluten for 42 years not knowing the consequences…Paleo has made me fully aware that I am lactose intolerant and gluten is just NOT good for me, makes me feel really yucky! Most of all I know I am a sugarholic and know that I can not just have a little, having a little just makes me want more…I do much better when I stay strict.

    I hope everyone is doing well…

    Oh….thanks for the last few articles Kristen, they were great. I will be printing them out to hand out to a few friends that just don’t get being healthy. Hopefully the articles will help sink it into there heads…
