Received this awesome e-mail from Officer Jim Rogers:

Hey Mark and Sarah,
As part of my Job I have to take a P.T. (physical fitness test) every year. I took my test today. After working a midnight overtime shift with no sleep. I was a little hesitant to take the test today. I am happy to report that I was able to do 50 push ups in a minute. 50 sit ups in a minute and I ran 1 1/2 miles in 10:54. (that was the my fastest mile and a half ever)  It was the first time I have ever achieved Superior in the test!!!
It’s great to see a huge improvement in my P.T. test this year compared to last year. Since I scored Superior in my P.T test, I now get a small bonus in my check. So dong Cross Fit actually made me money…
