    I’m still in, don’t want it to end…so much easier when there is a group doing the challenge. I love the team concept, what great motivation from everyone!!! An extra shout-out to all the newcomers who started CrossFit and got thrown into Paleo all at once!!! I’m impressed by all your dedication and commitment!!!

    My one splurge was some french fries and mango sorbet….felt really sick afterwards…so I will choose not take anymore cheats!!!

    I want to take a cheat meal right now but don’t want to because I’m doing a hero wod tomorrow and it will make it harder but the hero wod is for a cheat day. I’m so confused.

    Glad so many are doing well! I am still in and would have eaten peanutbutter, pop corn, tequila and all sorts of other stuff if I wasn’t the coach of the most awesome team in the universe.(Although the team did loose 4 people this week!)
