The weather on Monday should be great, so lets get out and run:
Run 400 meters, 10 pull ups, 20 hand release push ups
5 rounds, rest for 1 minute between rounds.
Why rest for 1 minute? injecting this into a routine changes our intensity. The run can be done at a greater pace. Instead of the cardiovascular system resorting to a steady burn, its subjected to quick burst, like a sprinter, or in the case of this workout, each round ideally finished within 3 to 4 minutes.
I am going to rally more pictures from the party- and if you have before and after pictures I am going to compile them- please e-mail crossfitintro@gmail.com-Thanks!
Thank you to all the coaches who will be filling in this week and to Jon who will be updating the blog-we leave Tuesday for Florida and will be back for classes next Wednesday.
.
I want to thank everyone for our awesome new sweatshirts. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity! I can’t wait to wear it tomorrow!
Running???? I can’t even walk up or down stairs right now after the wall balls. Yikes… this will be interesting.
Champions don’t wine Mason! But I saw pull ups and instantly regretted the 90 minute shake a weight session I did today. Push ups to for that matter- anything upper body is wrecked.
Wow, 90 minutes, you are going to be in trouble! hahahahahaaa
Congrats, Mason!!!
