Eva: This is a classic crossfit workout. Its a butt kicker. Its a grind.

 We will do this: as a Team workout, or a solo wod. The Team effort means running together, but hittting the kettle bells and pull ups one at a time, one kettle bell, one bar, either 2 or 3 in a group effort.

 This WOD is tough on the hands, so shave up, tape, and be tough.

5 Rounds for time:
Run 800 Meters
30 Kettle Bell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
30 Pullups

    greg – good luck getting the tough mudder team together. that will be a trip for the ages i’m sure. just don’t park the van in the muddy hay field.

    mark – good call with eva. this is an awesome workout. traci and i did this as a team wod at CF north shore and represented C3 well. that was about 6 months ago. we may or may not have celebrated our success by making a baby.
