Chipper Workout! Don’t worry the prescribed is intended to for advanced athletes. There are several options for scaling. Also we have the girl from this video coming to C3 tomorrow she has a special motivational technique- it cost me top dollar but it was obviously very effective.

Every one did great on the squat cleans- mentally it’s a very challenging movement-but now that you’ve all been there next time it will be familiar territory. It was very neat to see when you got it. Every one made improvement on a lift that is never mastered, only improved.

We are all familiar with the KB Swing but these reminders are always good-besides who doesn’t love Annie.
