7:59 at #135. I just worked on snatches today due to I did cleans yesterday. Stayed at 75# so I could work on form. I need to work on that drop mentally and physically.
1 point today. Went golfin instead of to crossfit. Def not counting golfing as a point. Maintained my 1 point even while going out with coworkers after work ooooohhhh yeeaaaaa
