Had to do this from home… 2.22mls in 24:33, 45# had really tough time getting parallel nevermind below. Maybe less weight would’ve helped but only have a 45# bar here.
The bad news: I didn’t qualify for Zach’s running club – my time was 28:49. The good news: I got 2 points today.
