3 Reps Hang Snatch (Squat Or Power)
Max Reps Chest To Bar Pull Ups
Rest as Needed Between Rounds

    Worked up to 145×3 today. I worked on butterfly pull ups instead of chest to bars. Good work this morning everyone, a lot of improvements all around.

    I started with 65, 75 and ended practicing trying to get under the bar with 85 a zillion times.
    I feel great this challenge so far! The hardest part is when life takes you somewhere unexpectedly and then I panic about what Im going to eat. That has only happened once and I survived!!

    Rest day – 1 pt
    For some reason, this challenge is easier than others I have done (might have something to do with the 500 bucks riding on my ability to not cheat!) Other than one day when I was so tired and felt really weak, my energy has been great. I’m half way to one goal and not sure about the other. One of my goals is to do 2 unassisted pull ups – haven’t been working on those like I should. A summer challenge is hard because of all of the food related get togethers with friends/family, but it is easy because of all of the delicious, fresh produce. So far, so good!

    Agree w/ Nettie about this one being both easier & harder. Easier b/c better idea of what to put on menu & how it’ll work for me. Half the battle is knowing what the hell you can eat. Harder b/c of all the summer temptations. If I were ever to become pregnant- not sure I’d make it the full 40 weeks.

    JoJo you were AWESOME! You totally mastered getting under the bar. Keep it up!

    I did 65/10, then worked up to 80/5. The hardest part was gripping the bar.

    Had a tough time with the snatch today. Made it to 75×3, but it was a real struggle. Thanks for all the help with my form Jamin! Only did about 3-4 pull ups each round, but I am trying to work my way down on the bands and am making progress. Used just blue at first and then added purple. 2 points today. Doing well with the challenge so far. Putting up the 100 bucks has helped, but I am experimenting more with my cooking, and I am enjoying trying new recipes. However, there was a two day span during the first week that I turned into an absolutely intolerable witch, but I seem to have passed that phase, so all is well so far. Making good progress on my weight loss goal too.
