Workout Of The Day

‘The Bear Complex’
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder To Over Head
1 Back Squat
1 Shoulder To Over Head
 
1 Round= 7 x Through The Cycle Without Dropping The Bar. Complete 5 Rounds. Rest As Needed Between Rounds. The Goal Is To Increase Weight Each Round.

    This WOD was hard and is now my arch nemesis. I was that person that needed a diagram on how to keep track of the cycles and rounds. Thanks for your patience Jamin.

    45# and then 30# for the rest of the cycles.

    Was so amped for this wod but didn’t do as well as I’d hoped, wanted to pr but the grip didn’t cooperate. 95,105,115,125,130 and let go of the bar on the last three reps. Bushy nice job grinding that one out. Huge turnout at 530 for this one tons of fun!
