CrossFit Cape Cod Workout Of The Day

Clean and Jerk 15-12-9 reps
Rest overhead, at rack, or at the hang, but not at the ground – touch and go only.
Use the same load for all three sets. Post load to comments.

There will be child care at 4:30 and 5:30pm today, Wednesday the 29th. We are finalizing an official schedule-we are taking suggestions from the parents who will need it…

    A) 115# for the wod, then did a few sets working up to 155# for some extra credit (…cause Mark yelled at me mid-wod and said i should go up haha!)

    B)105 on the tabata situps

    Shared a bar and did cleans with Mason, 75 for 15&12 then 80# for 9. 87 sit ups. Really encouraging 4:30 class! Great to see Sabra and Jane!!!

    75# and 95 sit-ups…,started at 85# but had to drop down because of wrist pain 🙁

    155# for 12 & dropped 2x- 155# for 9 w/ no drops

    135# – dropped 3 times for 15-rep, 2 times for 12-rep, 0 drops for 9-rep. Tough to find a weight that would be hard for the concentric lift (clean, jerk) but not too much for the eccentric portion (negative to the ground).

    127 tabata situps.
