    75# for 14 rounds then did 80# on last one.
    Rx’d on part b. last time I swung 1.5 pood it swung me around and almost went thru the window but tried again for the first time in a wod and got 34 not a lot of reps but psyched I didn’t go thru the wall…. Hahaa
