    Unfortunately we don’t listen to my favorite music to WOD to which would be some form of metal/hardcore. But that’s okay because I do just fine listening to the dance/dubstep which is my second option.

    My #1 song would be Confused/Hopeless by Confession.

    I think the best workout music for CrossFit (as opposed to say an aerobics studio class) would be any somewhat older rap/hip-hop with a very heavy baseline (Flo Rida, Eminem, 50 cent). My favorite would have to be Eminem “Lose Yourself”.

    285 POUND DEADLIFT! SAY WHAAAAAATTTTT

    I got up to 195#x2 at the 4:30 class but wasn’t satisfied so after the WOD (5 rounds + 5 with 6 pound ball and hanging kicky thingies instead of toes to bar) I deadlifted again with Bryce (awesome partner!!!!!) And got 285 once!!!!!!

    6 rounds 10 pound wall ball. This was my first real WOD in 2 weeks and it felt GREAT to workout again.
