    Sooo hard! iLife the link about the open! Onthinkmwe do have such a great box where we are all genuinely happy for each others accomplishments. I know a few of us went into 13.5 just hoping for a few reps! When I was done the first thing I did was run to Sarah to tell her she was going to get more reps then me ( and I was actually happy, really) ! And Kristin got her first chest to bar pullups!! C3 rocks. Foreva. But, I still hate 200m sled pulls:))

    Had the opportunity to go to the 6AM class today – I couldn’t believe how many people were there!
    155# – will definitely go up next time. I didn’t look at the clock during the sled pulls or situps.

    A) 345# max sumo deadlift

    B) ran 100 yard with sled 1st run, then walk/run for rest and for 2nd run. Definitely better than last time when we did this with more weight on sled.

    C) 2:00 for situps. Heard rumors that Sarah Lee had 1:59 but I couldn’t match it.
