    Jon that’s crazy amazing.

    Well I’m pretty proud, I rowed 2000 meters in 9:07! Took me forever to do the sit ups so I only had 2 minutes for pull ups, got in 18 with green and blue bands. 🙂 2 points today!

    Great pic! Leah…you did awesome today. I think I was having an off day. Between the yoga pants that were too short to stray dogs and only doing one pull up….I need a do- over.
