Well it certainly wasn’t the fastest Elizabeth but I really wanted to rx this wod. So I did it in 23:30. B. 165×5, 185×5, 185×5 C. Did 25 really controlled sit-ups.
A. 5:15 need to work on kipping dips those killed me!!B. 225# lower weight than I should have but back is tweaked today. Blue bands r not my friend!!C. Done slow and smooth baby!!Great work Mason on that RX. U we’re fighting hard. !!!
