    Embarrassing to report part 1 results — 95# strict press, with 115# x 1 – step backward from prior strict-press max. Not proud, but pain is just weakness leaving your body…
    WOD was Rx’ed, with 7 rounds + push-presses. 75 burpees total to continue the challenge.
