    Great Wod. 19:18. 35 for the first 50 and 25 after that had to scale down. Thought I would have to scale the situps but those were fine.

    Rx 15:31 for WOD. Neck & neck with Brendan which was a great motivator. Stellar round of duck-duck-goose for warm-up!
    Burpees before and after for challenge. I forgot what number we’re on, so I did 80 burpees total. Closing in on the end of the challenge in 20 days!
