    My heart rate elevated just reading this…135 will feel so light on the dead lift….until I get to 21-100!!

    Nice Erin! 23:53 85#dl, 300 singles. I switched my grip every 25 dl’s if that helps anyone. Great class Mike and yes Mark that was fun! My arms will be falling off in 3, 2, 1 lol

    20:16 RX’D just didn’t have it today! Deadlifts wore me out! Push-ups killed me! Du’s took to much time and had nothing left for what I thought would be an easy 100 sit-ups. A humbling WOD for sure!

    That was great!~ 95lb on the DL’s I switched between singles and doubles, I had a groove going at first the last 25 were singles. 24:24. So fun!

    25:17…95# dl, box push ups, 300 singles. Arms were so sore driving home it was a struggle to lift high enough to use the blinker!! Love it 🙂
