I’m a little disappointed in myself. I feel like I held back a little. I’m going to the gym to practice split snatch, jerks, cleans, & basically all the moves that scare the crap out of me.
60# 1 RM. 4+7+1 at 45#, tweaked my shoulder this morning which was most irritating. Fun workout though. Ivy you did great! The cute baby pics are awesome!
Almost 5 rounds, thankfully I was chasing AmyKB so I definitely pushed! Fun WOD!

Nice to learn a snatch move that’s a bit easier on the shoulders
I agree with paul. My shoulder has been hurt this winter, and the depth of a squat snatch put a tough angle. The split snatch allows the upper body to stay so upright. It was so nice to do this pain free.
I want to be in the challenge but can’t be there until Thursday. Can I pay then?
