The updates you’ve all been waiting for!
 
We are moving into our new Facility! Monday will be our first official WOD at the new location-Brickyard Market Place approximately 1 mile Up the road on 151! We will have 2 units-“Bick House 1” where we will handle overflow, intros, kids and teen classes and have daycare several times a day!
“Brick House 2” will be where all the main WOD’s will happen. We are excited for the next year and the new developments-we will announce updates as things unfold-The C3 Community will remain the strong fit, fun group that it has always been! We are looking forward to helping everyone reach their goals now and into 2014 in our new location!

    8 rounds with 155# deadlift. I shared a bar with Ivy and hope I didn’t slow her down! (thanks Ivy!) 5 RM was 175, could have kept going but everyone else was headed outside so that’s ok! Great WOD and can’t wait for the new place. Let me know if we can help!
