    40 something push ups- way more challenging keeping elbows in
    Only two runs – ran out of time.

    Pushups were awful, maybe 32?
    Very happy about my slow/fast run – 24:44 total – fastest I’ve ever run. Would never do it if I wasn’t chasing Amy & Sarah.

    70×3, got 75×2…so close. 30 on the push ups, and I switched to a box for the last three rounds. 26:10 on the runs, with 3:00 minute rests in between rounds.

    125×3 and got 135 for 2, 90 pushups, and 17:16 on the run with 3min rest in the second and third run cause our group got confused 🙂

    88 pushups

    Can’t recall exact run times, but felt good, with run times in 3:40s per run; 3 min rest between runs.
