    Felt a little weak after yesterday.

    A. 205# x2 215# but 2nd had a jerk under. Wish I had more time.
    B. Done. that got real tough and my arms were throbbing after!

    A) Got to 165# but they were feeling better and better with each set, ran out of time. Wish I had more time with this one.
    B) Completed but had to switch to L-hang negatives and strict negatives after a few rounds. Grip is smoked.
    C) Got somewhere just over 2900m chasing Bob, fun night but i am toast!

    Worked up to 85# push press. Shoulder felt “clicky” (yes, that’s the technical term)
    Those 100 pull ups were no joke
