    9:31 65#, scaled 3x floor rope pulls.
    Should have gone to 75# FS to get a more realistic time since the rope climbs were scaled. Great wod nonetheless.

    Got to 5 rnds 10# c2b to start then became pull-ups. Slowly getting the hspu’s back and did 75# on box squat.

    Apparently this didn’t post last night… 8:04rx then worked on the hspu’s and did ring rows parallel to floor with slow negatives as sub for c2b because i was trying to avoid tearing a blister, but then I tore it anyway messing around on the monkey bars with climbing club… oh well lol, fun night!
