    Shoulder is still smoked from Nancy so didn’t bench…
    105, 95 and threw in the dead lifts from yesterday 135# with chains, interesting.
    Part b done but definitely NOT unbroken.

    305# failed 325# but time ran out next time, bench 285#, clean #265 full squat failed 275# twice next time
    B. Done. not bad with the double a couple of fails on 2nd and 3rd ghds and back ext. all unbroken. just rested till i fought i could get 50.
