    One set at 165, 4 at 175, (I think, might’ve been 2 and 3), and one squat at 185!!!!!!!!! Beat my goal that I set for myself by 30 pounds!

    Today’s workout was a nice change of pace. 45# 55# 65# 75#. I have to admit, the day after a fitness challenge is strange. You would think I would be covered in chocolate and rolling around in pasta and bread. The only “decadent” thing I did today was put milk in my coffee.
