20:31, I think I got a few actual knees to elbows, and toes are getting slightly closer to the bar, but mostly just got my knees/toes up as high as I could. Great to work out with the 3:30 class today!

I made a salad dressing tonight that I LOVE. A few cloves of chopped garlic, a small bunch of fresh chopped fresh sage, a scoop of dijon mustard, juice from a whole lemon, some olive oil, a few tablespoons of maple syrup and a little salt. Sorry I don’t have exact measurements but I can’t wait to make this again. Hope this helps if you are struggling on the challenge or just looking for something new.
