My 800’s were slow today b/c I was really trying to work on my running form. Was practicing picking up my right foot while swinging my left leg in front & putting that down. Just did this over & over & over & over again. Take notes.

I wasn’t gonna post my time cause it isn’t great but, I got 38:45, 2000 meters rowing, 800 meters jog/walking (shins felt almost broken Lol), I also only did 95 push-ups. This workout kicked my a$$ and I LOVED it! Thank you for the encouragement Mason and the rest of the 6:30 class!
Everyone did an AWESOME job this afternoon. Zach was so inspiring I just had to follow suit, although you were actually 28:15 as I was 28:17 Rx’d…I know this because Zach’s form was so superior to mine that he was able to pass me in the last 100m of the final run (damn you Zach 😉

Really wish there was a 7:30 class on some days! Did a 3 mile run on 130 today and felt fantastic, I love how crossfit has boosted my endurance!!! 1 for nutrition today…and maybe half a point for an at home workout ha!?

I’m visiting my sister in Gloucester for a few days, so I dropped in at CrossFit Cape Ann today and did their WOD. It was working as a team of three to burn off the caloric content of a six pack of coors light in 30 minutes or less. It was a lot of rowing. 2 points today.
